Recently, I worked with one of my clients to professionalize their inquiry response email template. 📬 We incorporated a stunning header image 🖼 and used eye-catching photos throughout the email to illustrate the experience of staying at their resort, all while we described the unique advantages of their resort versus the competitors. 🌟

They also asked me to make some minor updates to their WordPress site. 🖥 Upon logging into WordPress, I immediately noticed several key areas for improvement. We had a talk about the importance of making those updates. This wasn’t even part of the initial project, but I wanted to bring it to their attention since it was being overlooked. 🔍 They were grateful for this additional insight and the fact that I took a holistic examination of their site instead of simply making the requested changes.

We are going to work together this year to formalize more of their email communication with their clients 📬 as well as increasing their presence on social media. 📱
